SMS Terms and Conditions

Terms for text-message communication with House of Hearts ABA.
01Program Description
House of Hearts ABA, LLC provides text messaging services to families, candidates, and partners who have opted in. Messages may include appointment reminders, intake follow-up, care coordinator outreach, scheduling confirmations, payment notifications, candidate communications during the application process, and partnership communications. We do not send promotional or marketing messages without separate explicit opt-in for marketing.
02How to Opt In
By submitting your phone number through any House of Hearts form (intake form, partnership inquiry, careers application, contact form) and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from House of Hearts at the phone number provided. You also opt in by providing your phone number verbally or in writing to a House of Hearts team member and consenting to text communication.
03Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Most families receive between one and ten messages per month related to their care. Frequency depends on your care schedule, intake status, and communication preferences.
04Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. House of Hearts does not charge for these messages, but your carrier may charge for messages received or sent.
05How to Opt Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. Once you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts. To opt back in, reply START or contact us by phone.
06How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any of our messages and we will respond with assistance information. You can also call us at 305-209-3144 or email intake@houseofheartsaba.com during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
07Supported Carriers
Our SMS service supports most major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
08Privacy
Information you share through SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
09Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old or the parent or legal guardian of a child receiving care to opt in to SMS communications.
10Disclaimer
Text messages are not a secure form of communication and should not be used for emergencies. For medical emergencies, call 911. For urgent clinical questions, call us directly at 305-209-3144.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued use of our SMS service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
