For those building alongside us.
Technology platforms, EHR systems, AI startups, advocacy organizations, parent groups, schools, faith communities, foundations — anyone building, funding, or organizing in the autism space. We work with you.
For the companies building the future of clinical care.
House of Hearts works with EHR platforms, scheduling and billing systems, secure communication tools, clinical AI startups, and any technology touching how ABA care gets delivered. We pilot, we integrate, we co-design.
HIPAA-first
Any platform we touch supports a Business Associate Agreement and meets HIPAA Security Rule requirements. No exceptions.
Family-facing or clinician-facing
Tools that make the family experience better or the clinician experience faster. Both count equally.
Real integration
We prefer partners who can integrate with our existing stack via API or FHIR rather than tools that require us to swap everything we run.
Pilot-ready
If you want a real pilot site for a new product, talk to us. We move fast when the fit is right and we have a clinical operations team that can scope a pilot in a week.
Three principles that shape every partnership.
We pilot before we promise.
Every technology partnership starts with a real pilot in a real environment with real users. We do not sign multi-year deals based on demos.
We sign mutual NDAs before we share data.
Anything touching family or clinical data sits behind a Business Associate Agreement. Anything touching commercial strategy sits behind a mutual NDA. No exceptions.
We say no to partnerships that do not serve families.
Every partnership decision routes back to one question. Does this make the experience better for the families we serve, or the clinicians who serve them? If the answer is no, we pass.
We run real pilots.
In the last year we have run pilots with three clinical AI tools, two scheduling platforms, and one parent-communication app. Each one came to us with a clinical hypothesis. We gave them a real environment, real users, and real feedback. If that is you, send us your pitch.

For the people working alongside the families we serve.
Autism advocacy groups, parent organizations, public and private schools, community nonprofits, faith communities, foundations, and local businesses. If you serve autism families, we want to know you.
Pilot programs
For tech companies, AI startups, and EHR platforms that need real clinical validation. We run scoped pilots with our BCBAs and RBTs in a HIPAA-compliant environment, give honest feedback, and only continue what works for families and clinicians.
Parent support groups
Our BCBAs and care coordinators participate in local parent support groups, run free Q&A sessions, and provide resources to community organizations at no cost.
School coordination
We partner with public, private, and parochial schools to coordinate IEPs, train teachers on supporting children in ABA, and support inclusive classroom strategies.
Faith and cultural communities
Many families we serve come from specific faith and cultural communities. We respect that. We partner with the organizations they trust and adapt our clinical approach to fit family values.
Questions industry partners ask first.
What does a real pilot actually look like with House of Hearts?
A pilot starts with a clinical hypothesis — what will this tool make better for families or clinicians, and how will we know. We define a scope, a small set of real users, and a feedback loop, then run it in a live environment for a fixed window. You get honest feedback from people actually using it, not a focus group. If it works, we talk about scaling; if it does not, we both learn something real.
What HIPAA coverage and BAA terms do you require?
Anything that touches family or clinical data must sit behind a Business Associate Agreement and meet HIPAA Security Rule requirements. That is non-negotiable. We will send our standard BAA early in the conversation so there are no surprises before a pilot starts.
Do you sign mutual NDAs for early pitch conversations?
Yes. Anything touching commercial strategy sits behind a mutual NDA, and we are glad to sign one before you share anything sensitive. Early conversations should feel safe enough to be honest. Email us and we will get paperwork in place quickly.
How do you decide which technology pilots to take on?
Every decision routes back to one question: does this make the experience better for the families we serve or the clinicians who serve them? We prioritize HIPAA-first tools that integrate with our existing stack via API or FHIR, and we say no — kindly but clearly — to anything that does not serve families. We move fast when the fit is right.
How do co-marketing and joint content work?
When a pilot or integration goes well, we are open to co-authored case studies, joint webinars for referring providers, and co-branded materials for families. Anything public goes through both teams' marketing review first. We protect family privacy and our clinical voice in everything that goes out.
