Sabrina Suarez

M.S., BCBA, NCLBA

Sabrina is a dedicated BCBA based in sunny Miami, Florida, with eight years of experience in the field. She earned a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in Minnesota in 2020. Before joining the House of Hearts ABA team, she served as an Assistant Clinical Director, managing the Intake department and overseeing 93 individual clients. Passionate about helping families, she finds the field of ABA incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and traveling.

Noah Goldstein, the founder of House of Hearts ABA, has over seven years of experience working directly with the special needs population. His career has been driven by a profound passion to make a positive impact and provide top-quality care. House of Hearts ABA is dedicated to delivering personalized and effective therapy, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both clients and their families.

Ilan Joseph, Director of Brand Strategy at House of Hearts, is the creative mind behind our website and social media presence, expertly handling front-end design and development. With three years of experience working at a summer camp for children with autism, Ilan combines his passion for making a difference with his skills to ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively.

Renee Ciolkosz 

BCBA

Stephanie Koutsky is a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She holds a Masters degree from Northeastern University. Over the course of her career, Stephanie has worked with individuals across various age groups and diverse settings, specializing in designing and implementing individualized behavior interventions aimed at enhancing communication, social skills, and overall quality of life.

Prior to starting with House of Hearts ABA, Stephanie co-founded a company, servicing clients and families throughout the Chicagoland region. Stephanie was involved in the day-to-day operations, helped mentor new RBTs and BCBAs, developed curriculum, and worked with families to achieve their therapeutic goals. In 2024, Stephanie successfully sold the business and began consulting with multiple start up ABA companies.

Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, Stephanie is deeply committed to quality services that provide a positive behavioral change and foster an environment where individuals can thrive and develop important life skills.

Chief Clinical Officer

Renee moved to Florida in 2021 from Los Angeles, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders with a focus on speech pathology, followed by a Master’s degree in General Psychology, and ultimately, a Doctorate in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis.

With over 18 years of hands-on experience, Renee has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and community-based programs. Her extensive background and commitment to making a meaningful impact have shaped her approach to ABA, ensuring that every individual she works with receives the highest level of care and support.
