Chief Executive Officer
Noah Goldstein, the founder of House of Hearts ABA, has over seven years of experience working directly with the special needs population. His career has been driven by a profound passion to make a positive impact and provide top-quality care. House of Hearts ABA is dedicated to delivering personalized and effective therapy, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both clients and their families.
Joseph Zakon
Managing Partner
Joseph Zakon is the Managing Partner with a strong commitment to empowering others. He specializes in crafting growth strategies, nurturing relationships, and enhancing brand development. Renowned for his ability to spot opportunities, Joseph is focused on propelling the company towards success and fostering innovation.
Ilan Joseph
Director of Brand Strategy
Ilan Joseph, Director of Brand Strategy at House of Hearts, is the creative mind behind our website and social media presence, expertly handling front-end design and development. With three years of experience working at a summer camp for children with autism, Ilan combines his passion for making a difference with his skills to ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively.

Ashley Fournier
Clinical Director, B.S., M.A., BCBA
Ashley Tanis, MBA, M.Ed., BCBA, is the Clinical Director at House of Hearts ABA. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in supporting children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health challenges like ASD, ADHD, and anxiety. Ashley holds advanced degrees in Psychology, Human Services, Business, and Education. As a passionate advocate for families, she is dedicated to breaking down barriers and helping every child reach their full potential. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys capturing nature through photography and spending time with her family.
Kendra Smalls
B.S., M.A., BCBA
Meet Kendra Smalls, a passionate ABA professional who has been making a difference since 2018. With a Bachelor’s in Criminology from Hampton University and a Master’s in Psychology from Regent University, Kendra furthered her expertise by earning a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Clemson in 2022. She became Board Certified in 2023. Kendra specializes in working with individuals aged 3 to 22, and her dedication to the mental health community is evident through her work. Outside of ABA, she loves spending quality time with her family and creating lasting memories. Welcome, Kendra!
Camila Perez
Registered Behavior Technician RBT
Camila Perez, originally from La Habana, Cuba, moved to the U.S. in 2013 and became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) after finding her passion in helping others. At House of Hearts ABA, she works closely with children, helping them manage their behavior and make positive strides. Outside of work, Camila enjoys spending time with her family and solving puzzles. She looks forward to advancing in her field with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Michaela Williams
RBT
Michaela Williams is a passionate Registered Behavioral Technician with a Bachelor’s in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from the University of Florida. After 2 and a half years of experience working with children and walking alongside her mother through fostering, then adopting 6 children who have autism, Michaela gained a passion for working directly with children who have special needs. She became an RBT in 2023, and has experience providing therapy for ages 2 to 15 in home, clinic, and school settings. Outside of work, Michaela enjoys spending time in nature, exercising, and serving Jesus & her community.
