Noah Goldstein
Chief Executive Officer
Noah Goldstein, the founder of House of Hearts ABA, has over seven years of experience working directly with the special needs population. His career has been driven by a profound passion to make a positive impact and provide top-quality care. House of Hearts ABA is dedicated to delivering personalized and effective therapy, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both clients and their families.

Joseph Zakon
Co-Owner
Joseph Zakon is the co owner with a strong commitment to empowering others. He specializes in crafting growth strategies, nurturing relationships, and enhancing brand development. Renowned for his ability to spot opportunities, Joseph is focused on propelling the company towards success and fostering innovation.

Vicky Perez
Client Care Manager
Vicky studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Florida with a focus in Speech Therapy. During her college years, she gained early experience working in hospital settings and volunteering with both children and adults with special needs, which sparked her passion for supporting individuals and families. After graduation, she spent eight years working for the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Caregiver and Veteran Advocate, where she strengthened her skills in advocacy and client support. Alongside her professional career, she also volunteered at an equine therapy center, working with children and adults with a wide range of disabilities. As both a professional and a special needs parent, Vicky brings a unique understanding and heartfelt commitment to her work. She is dedicated to creating meaningful connections and ensuring that families feel supported, valued, and empowered throughout their care journey.

Ilan Joseph
Director of Brand Strategy
Ilan Joseph, Director of Brand Strategy at House of Hearts, is the creative mind behind our website and social media presence, expertly handling front-end design and development. With three years of experience working at a summer camp for children with autism, Ilan combines his passion for making a difference with his skills to ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively.

Stephanie Koutsky
Chief Clinical Officer
Stephanie Koutsky is a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She holds a Masters degree from Northeastern University. Over the course of her career, Stephanie has worked with individuals across various age groups and diverse settings, specializing in designing and implementing individualized behavior interventions aimed at enhancing communication, social skills, and overall quality of life.
Prior to starting with House of Hearts ABA, Stephanie co-founded a company, servicing clients and families throughout the Chicagoland region. Stephanie was involved in the day-to-day operations, helped mentor new RBTs and BCBAs, developed curriculum, and worked with families to achieve their therapeutic goals. In 2024, Stephanie successfully sold the business and began consulting with multiple start up ABA companies.
Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, Stephanie is deeply committed to quality services that provide a positive behavioral change and foster an environment where individuals can thrive and develop important life skills.

Julie Aiello
Chief Learning Officer
Julie Aiello, M.S.Ed., BCBA, is a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of service to children and families. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from Binghamton University and a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Intensive Special Needs from Simmons University.
A Julie's career spans a wide range of settings, including public and private schools, residential programs, community-based services, and in-home therapy. Her expertise includes behavior management, functional behavior assessments, parent coaching, discrete trial training, curriculum development, academic modifications, and staff training and supervision.
Julie is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and finds deep fulfillment in the progress made by the families she supports. Before joining House of Hearts ABA, she co- founded and operated an ABA company serving families across the Chicagoland area. In her executive leadership role, she oversaw daily operations, mentored RBTs and BCBAS, developed supervision curriculum for interns, and played a key role in clinical program development. In 2024, after the sale of the business, she transitioned into consulting and development roles, supporting local ABA practices with clinical and operational guidance.
